Page fault

I have a video file on Kazaa - my shared files that I am
trying to delete and everytime I try to do so i get
Explorer caused a invalid page fault in module
WZSHLEX1.dll , sometimes I get the message as
Kernell32.dll
I have no idea how to delete this file.
Can someone help me.

WZSHLEX1.dll is the WinZip shell extension usually invoked when you right-click an item. Uninstall and Reinstalling WinZip might work. And, Kazaa might accompany with spyware..Be alert.
