Page Fault

Sometimes...not always...when I click to start AOL, I get
the blue screen with a Page Fault in NonPaged Area. It
then proceeds with a page full of instructions and
suggestions, with a STOP Error at the bottom. There are
4 different sets of letters and numbers after this. Any
ideas? Thanks.

the stop error codes make it possible to locate the appropriate reference in the knowledgebase related to the problem ... could you
repost with the error codes and the exact stop error message?
