page fault in URLMON.DLL

Guest

Every time I try to open windows explorer I get this error message: EXPLORER
caused an invalid page fault in module URLMON.DLL at 0177:1a40a6e5.
Then if you click on it it shuts explorer down. If you don't and proceed you
can get to a couple of URL's before it completely locks up and have to
restart your computer. From what I've found it sounds like it might be a
problem with one of the Windows Updates. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
