Page Fault in Non Paged Area

Rob Warren

I have recently upgraded to an asus P4P800-E Deluxe, Intel P4 3.2 , 1
gig Ram & ASUS NVidea V9560 video card. I have 2 NTSF IDE Drives, 40
and 160 gig.
Occasionally on boot up I get the blue screen of death with the only
error being Page Fault in Non Paged Area. No reference to any drivers
etc. I am running XP Pro SP2. If I select use last known good boot
then it "ususally" boots ok for a while. I replaced the m/b and memory
no difference.
During one of the working times I decided to reload XP. Booted off
the CD ok and it checked my system. When it came time to tell it to
load XP and not repair it, it came back unable to find any hard drives
even though the BIOS found them. I imediately can start to boot to XP?
Have ran diagnostics on both drives for HOURS with no errors.

Any suggestions?
