Page Failed to Load

XP system - Use earthlink as ISP and able to connect to their server but can't get the web browser to display pages
"Error - Page failed to be displayed" and is for any site that I try to access
How do I repair or fix Internet Explorer??

Hi Frank, This is Jennifer from the IE 5.0 page. I
actually have IE 6.0 and posted in the wrong section but
this is what I get also, every page is "The page cannot be
displayed".
