other windows program,if I click between the slider and
the down arrow, the page goes down one page, or screen.
On IE 6.0, I have to click right next to the slider, for
it only to go one page. If I click closer to the down
arrow,it skips down to near the bottom. This is very
annoying. Can is be changed?
 
Did you install update 824145 from MS?
Then it's the cause.
You can remove it with the add/remove programs applet but will lose the
security patch.

Search google.com (groups) for 824145 for more.
