left click in slider area moves up/down 2 pages

Until recently, left-clicking in the slider area made the
scroll bar move up/down one page. But now, for some
unknown reason, left-clicking moves up/down 2 pages. Did
I change something inadvertently? How do I change back?
The "Page Dn" key is less convenient to use.

Jack,
The scroll problem is caused by the recent 824145 update.
You can remove that update from Add/remove programs.
There should be another update out soon.
