"Page cannot be displayed" on Yahoo.com

We have 4 users set up on XP and one of the users,
yahoo.com is getting the "cannot be displayed" message.
It works fine on every other user and every other webite
works fine on the trouble user. I have checked all the
settings I can think of but to no avail. Any ideas?

Do you have any of the Yahoo components installed?
