page cannot be displayed msg???

my ie6 wont open anymore. i get a "cannot find server or
DNS error message. Someone told me to run the regsvr32's.
all are good except for "shell32.dll" which gives a "
shell32.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry
point was not found. DllRegSvr may not be exported, or a
corrupt version of shell32.dll may be in memory. Consider
using PView to detect and remove it. Please HELP!!!
