Page banner display

I am trying to create a web page with a banner & text. About half the time,
the banner appears appropriately. The rest of the time, it displays the
phrase "Add referenced page to the navigation view to display banner". All
of these pages are in the navigation view, and when I took everything OUT of
the navigation view and put it back in, the banner appeared on fewer pages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your home page in Nav view
(filename must be that required by your host & have the home icon in it)
- and work your way down from there
