Packing hotfixes/security patches

Is there any tool (Microsoft or other) for packing several security patches
into one bundle ?
Its mostly required for easy deployment and patch tracking management on
systems that their Windows Updates service is disabled on purpose (specific
product validation reasons)

I would suggest that a great tool for managing patches and allowing them to be
installed in groups is probably WSUS - Windows Server Update Services.

There are many third-party patch-management tools that you could look into, if
you have needs that WSUS doesn't match - but WSUS is free, which is a powerful
feature in itself.
