package to CD in PowerPoint cause letters in a custom animation .

When I package to CD in PowerPoint some words with custom animation have
irregular spacing or stack up in one location.
 
Are you using custom/non-standard fonts? Sounds like the fonts are being
replaced with a standard font available on the viewing computer and causing
some obvious visual annoyances. One option is to embed the fonts in the
presentation (which has some of its own problems - and the fonts must be
True Type format).
