P4P800 question

Can anyone that's purchased this board tell me if it comes packaged
with the metal template that fits in the case to match the board's
connector configuration?

Also, is it worth the extra money for the deluxe version?

Yes. The cover plates are included.
I got the deluxe mainly because the non-deluxe boards are hard to find. It
is only a bit more expensive, and you get FireWire, IDE RAID aand enhanced
POST reporter.
