OK this is a tricky one.....my pc has been crashing
unexpectadly the pass few days when 3 days ago it
suddendly froze...so i attempted a reboot, to which my
monitor said no signal input and a beeping noise started
coming from the tower. its a kinda morse beep not to
prolonged but constant. i have disasembled and
reassembled the pc and still the problem exists. ive even
tested the harddrive on another pc and reformated and
thats fine the ddr ram has also been tested as well as
the graphics card.....does this sound like a motherboard
problem? or a power one.....
Im at a loss tbh. any help would be appreciated.

Did you test the ram by exchanging it with another Module? Cpu tested?

"beeps" are a way that computers cry for help at a very
fundamental level. Open your motherboard manual, or go to
the motherboard website, and try to get a list of beep
errors. It is somehting low-level, like CPU, RAM, video
card. It is not XP. It is probably not the hard drive,
since that is tested after the CPU, RAM, controllers,
etc. The video board is usually the first thing
recognized by the BIOS.

On realy simple thing to try is to power off and
check/tighten all connections, both inside and outside the
PC.
