Inserted a brand new Sandisk Mini Cruzer, 256mb into one of my USB
PORTS (ALL 2.0). System is DELL, DIMENSION 2400, built 02/04. Unit's
green light came on. Booted system.
New Hardware Wizard came up. I continued until I saw the message,
paraphrased: This hardware is not compatible with your WIN XP....blah,
blah, blah. If you go further, it will FUBAR your system.
I went further. It did. I fixed it with GOBACK. All OK.
Went on SANDISK site for drivers. NONE FOR WIN XP, not needed.
Got on Sanisk site for tech support but I know they will answer with
the stock answer...It's MS's problem.
Help!
