Owner's Screen keeps comming up...

For some reason the owners screen (I am running WinXP,
it's the screen with the chess peice on it) keeps popping
up, almost as a screen saver... I have to continually
click on the owner's icon. I am the only one to use this
computer - I am sure I somehow changed the settings, I
just can't figure out how to get it back to where it was.

Welcome Screen appears after your computer has been idle:

Turn off the "On resume, display Welcome Screen" feature:

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Display.
2. Click the Screen Saver tab, click to clear the On Resume, display Welcome
screen check box
