Own homepage only accessable by Administrator

I have a very nerving problem at my computer:

I can start all web-pages with IE6 by all users but
my own homepage is only accessible by administrator.

My homepage is hosted by an ISP an is working fine under
user administrator. Our homepage has also on each page a
link to "hits.webstat.com" to see who visited which page.

When logging in as normal user (also not working with
additional administrator-rights) then when starting only
the first page of our homepage appears. When typing
onto a link for the next page the IE is running und running
and nothing happens (only as normal user !). But when
I follow the same link with right mouse button and opening
the link in a new window everything is working fine.

There is also one special thing to be mentioned: We use
the same domain "domain.at" for our computers and
therefore the address www.domain.at is routed directly
to the special IP-Address (as administrator it is working -
why not as normal user ? The computer is behind a
firewall (only for information for you).

Symantec NAV 2004 (newest definitions) and Adawre
(also newest definitions) do not find anything bad on the
computer.

Thanks, Harald

I gave the call to the german list and there we already made many steps
to get an solution:

microsoft.public.de.german.inetexplorer.ie6

That's all, thanks to all, Harald

Solution was::

Unter IE you can select the CODING (german:Codeierung) under VIEW
(german:Ansicht)
in the upper main menu. This was selected for "automaticaly search". But in
Austria we
need "westgerman (ISO)".

Thanks, Harald
