OWA problem

We have a remote user that uses OWA when contacting internal staff via email.
There is one account that OWA will not allow her to send messages to unless
she hits reply on a message she sent to her. She has cleaned her cache,
deleted temp files and deleted and re-created her contact.

Has anyone else experience this problem? If so, did you find a resolution?

I would try posting in microsoft.public.exchange.clients. OWA isn't part
of Outlook, but part of Exchange. You'll want to include what version of
Exchange and what happens when the user tries.
 
any error message?
if she can only reply but not send new mail, the address she is using is not
correct.
