OWA only shows new email for one user

I have one user that only sees new email through OWA. It happens on any box
that I log him on to through OWA, but he had dozens of email in Outlook's
Inbox, Sent items, etc.

I can log on his box and see all my emails, so it has something to do with
his user.

Have him examine the View at the top of the OWA window, just to the right of
the wotrds "Outlook Web Access" and "Inbox". Does it say "Unread Messages"?
If so, click it and select "Messages" from the drop-down list.

I tried that as well. It shows "messages", so I tried all 6 or 7 other
options with no change.

Well, I'm stumped. Try asking in the Exchange newsgroup
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.exchange.clients since OWA is a
part of Exchange.
