OWA, domain has been blocked

Hello

I have one user trying to access email from home via OWA, he is getting the
message "Domain has been blocked", however, he can access it from anywhere
else. No other user is having this problem.
we are running SBS.

What type of PC security software does this person have installed? (e.g.
look for solutions that could filter URLs like Trend Internet Security.)
