OWA can't reply to or forward email

Hello,

My Outlook Web Access won't reply to or forward emails.
When I click on Send, the email doesn't get sent. After
at least 30 seconds, I click on the X, and then the email
ends up in the Draft folder.

Does anyone know what's wrong with my OWA? And how I can
fix this?

Ask in an Exchange forum. Outlook Web Access is part of Exchange. This
newsgroup is for Microsoft Office Outlook.
