OWA Attachments!

I am running Exchange2K3. Using OWA, everytime I open an attachment, the
server asks for a password (mostly Excel). Is there a security setting I
need to change (authentication, etc...)?

Microsoft.public.exchange.admin would be a good place to post this since OWA
is a part of Exchange, not Outlook.
