Oversized pictures on Outlook express

Hi:

Every time I send an E-mail with an attached picture, it appears oversized
to the recipient. I know I can move it to memory and it will come out
normal, but most of the people I send to I not computer savvy.

How can I attach a photograph to an E-mail and have it appear normal size to
the recipient when he is reading the E-mail??
