overriding domain policies

Hello,

I have small problem with one server.

The server used to be member of my domain and it used a Group Policy from
our AD. I moved the server to the DMZ and made it a web server.

Since the server has no connection to the domain controller it doesn't get
policy changes and local policy setting cannot override domain level
policies.

I need to change few policy settings but I can't because of the reasons
mentioned above. How can I make this happen? Do I need to take the server
from DMZ back to LAN to make the changes or is there another way? It's W2K
server.

To put it short is it possible to override domain policy settings locally?

Thanks

Ellak
