Overlaying Audio clips on Timeline

I'm having trouble overlaying two audio clips on the timeline. The new clip
each time pushes the existing clip out of the way. Both are WMA files.

Is there a special way to do this?

If I understand the question correctly...
I think the following steps will work.

Try adding the first clip and save the
movie...File / Save Movie File...

Now re-import the completed .wmv file
and add the second clip.
