Overlapping appointements when printing Landscape

We are using Office 2007, Previously in Office 2007 when printing a calender
in Landscape view the appointments with overlapped times wouldn't print
overlapped. Like below

Now when we print in Landscape mode the overlapped times are being displayed
as such:

|______|| |
|________|

Did a recent update change the way this is printed? Any help is greatly
appreciated.
 
ok so the second drawing didnt come out to well I'll retry it with some word
representation

where the 0's are blank spaces
