Outlook 2007 Printing 4 Weeks in 2 Months

M

madstroller

I am using Outlook 2007 and have already explored the Calendar Printing
Assistant. I need to print a monthly view (or multiple weeks) with the
following criteria:

Landscape layout
Calendar shows all appointments for each day
Sat/Sun may be compressed (preferred)

Here's my big challenge...
Previous weeks not required. I want to start with this monday (i.e. Aug 24
and show the next 4 weeks - through Sept 20th for example. This was a
feature available in Outlook 2003 - Calendar Heading Read August - September
and printed any date range desired with all meeting details.

Thanks for any help.

In Outlook, using the monthly layout, don’t use full month per page. It'll
be 5 weeks per month though.

I think that will work for me - but I cannot locate the command to turn off
"full month per page". More help please?

Are you saying not to use the Calendar Printing Assistant at all? We loaded
the printing assistant because Outlook 2007 does not show all of the
appointments when we print with those options. I 'm looking for a solution
like in Outlook 2003 - print a 4 week calendar, that shows all of my upcoming
appointments and condenses weekends. If I'm missing the point, please
provide more specifics.

Thanks.

CPA will not print across 2 months (Only prints All of August or All of
September)
Outlook 2007 prints a selected date range across the months but now is stuck
at 5 weeks and will not show all of the appointments on a given day.
I'm looking for a happy medium.

Use the program the meets your needs the best. If those don't, see if one of
the utilities here: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp does
better. (The word templates are nice but I don't recall if they will do
weeks in a month grid or full months.)

The only calendar in the CPA the does condensed weekends in a planner view
(one of the week templates). It won't fit 4 weeks per page unless you use a
booklet style.

Thanks for your efforts. I guess my next step is to request a fix on Outlook
2007.
