Our school uses public calendars to reserve rooms, equipment, etc.
Occasinoally, a teacher schedules a class that overlaps an appointment
alpeady made. How can this be prevented? I envision the time slot made by the
first teacher to be blocked. If an overlapping appointment is made, an alarm
is displayed and the second appointment in denied. Is there a configuration
change that is needed? Is there a different way appointments should be made?
