Overflow message with Input Mask Wizard

Dear expert...

Every time I try to use the Input Mask Wizard in my table
design, I am getting an error that says Overflow. Then,
the Input Mask Wizard window shows but is blank. What
could be the problem???? I am using version 2000.

Do I need to reinstall, is this a memory overflow??
