Overclocking Tool for Radeon mobility X1600 under Vista?

Hi!

Can anyone recpmmend a overclocking tool that runs with Vista (32bit) and
properly overclocks/displayse radeon mobility x1x00 cards?

Why? You are not going to get a real performance boost from OCing the
mobility card anyway.

why is there no CCC installed when installing 7.3 drivers under
vista?...it seems that the WDM drivers stay unchanged, and all it
installs is chipset?
