Over Temperature Error

I keep getting Over Temperature Error can anyone help me to sort this out
please
 
A - This is not likely a Windows problem

B - check that fans are all running, they and heatsinks are not clogged with
dust. check that air intake openings are not clogged with dust. make sure
heatsink is correctly and firmly attached to the CPU.
