Andrew: Hello, how may I help you.

Me: My Frammus software doesn't work. I get error message abc234.

Me: I have a Dell xxx with Windows XP, SP 2; all upgrades; 1024 memory;
100 gig hard drive (25% full).

Me: I have deleted all temp folders; defragged the hard drive; run a
complete virus scan with Norton AV (up to date) and Defender. Clean reports.

Me: I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Frammus software twice
(once with a clean boot).

Me: What should I do?

Andrew: Please wait.

Andrew: (5 minutes later). You say your Frammus software doesn't work?

Me: Yes.

Andrew: Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it?

Me: Yes, I said I did.

Andrew: Please wait.

Andrew: (5 minutes later). You need to uninstall and reinstall with a clean
boot. Go to http: xxxx for instructions.

Me: The clean boot didn't work. Same error.

Andrew: Please wait.

Andrew: (5 minutes later). Your computer may not have enough memory or
your hard drive needs to be defragged.

Me: Every other piece of software runs; I said there was enough memory and
I had defragged the hard drive.

Andrew: Please wait.

Andrew: (10 minutes later). You may have a virus. Run a virus scan.

Me: No virus. I already said that.

Andrew: Please wait. I will talk to my superior.

Andrew: (10 minutes later). My superior says you need to reformat your
hard drive and reinstall your operating system.

Me: How will that help? What does the error mean?

Andrew: You need to reformat your hard drive and reinstall your operating
system.

Me: You are an idiot.

Andrew: Thank you. Is there anything else I can do for you today.

Me: You are an idiot.

Computer: Andrew has disconnected.
