Outside IP In DNS

I have uncheack the box Register This connection's address
in DNS and my out side ip still keeps showing up in DNS.
This is a back office 2000 server With:
SQL 2000
ISA
DNS
Wins
Terminal Services (in admin mode)
My in side ip is
ip 192.168.10.101
subnet 255.255.255.0
no gate way
PRI DNS 192.168.10.101
SEC DNS 192.168.30.254
Wins 192.168.10.101
192.168.30.254


my out side address
ip 209.19.217.18
subnet 255.255.255.240
gate way 209.19.217.17
Pri Dns 192.168.10.101
Sec Dns 192.168.30.254

In DNS MMC, right click on your DNS server, select properties. On the
Interfaces tab, change the setting for "Listen on:". Default is "All IP
addresses". Change it to "Only the following IP addresses" and remove the
external adapter's IP address from the list.
