Output incoming message format

Somehow I screwed up the incoming message format in Outlook 2003. I want
HTML messages, but email is read as text. I tried tools/options/Mail
Format/HTML, but my messages still appear as text.

If I open a message, and click he format window, all options are disabled
except for wrap.

ANy ideas on how to fix this?

Try turning off the "read all standard mail as plain text" options on
Tools>Options>Email Options".
 
Thank you Brian. I can't believe after looking many times I didn't see that
little checkbox.
