Output from 2 sound cards at the same time possible?

I am running Windows XP Home, and have one SoundBlaster Live Value 5.1 (PCI)
and an onboard SoundMAX sound card, my sound blaster does not have the
output to handle a good signal transfer to both my speakers and to my stereo
(i will get quiet and noise ridden sound). I wish to have them both in use
at the same time, whichever to whatever device, as long as it permits me to
get the two outputs with decent sound. I have been trying to enable both to
work @ the same time but with no sucess. Can anybody help?

Hello

Two different sounds, well you have to consider that your going
to have some compatiblity issue' here, so why get one sounds
and will achieve the goal that you want, if your SB can't it. but does your
on brd soundcard do what you want it to do. Just go out and purchase
a scard that will give you a better output

The line in on your onboard sound swaps to line out in the config utility
for it. If your stereo input draws that much power from the sound card your
either connecting it to stereo wrong or your stereo needs major repair. If
you are teeing the output to amplified speakers and to stereo input it
should sound like crap.
