Outmail calendar items available to some only

In my company calendars are shared to everyone, so all appointments are
viewable by everyone unless we mark it private. What if we want to set some
items as private but only viewable by one or two individuals, how would we
do that, but we aren't inviting them to the appointment? We are using
Outlook 2007. Thanks for your help.

I don't think you can do that. Permissions are set per folder and can
include or exclude Private items.

If you have Exchange, you could make a Public Folder and copy those
appointments you want the two other people to see into it and give them
permission to that folder.
