Outlook_XP "New Meeting Request" problem

When i use my Outlook Xp to sent out a new meeting request,
those people got a text meesage like this

they are using outlook 98 and 2000,
is it different outlook version cause this problem,
how i can fix this problem, so can thoser user can accept
the meeting on outlook 98 and outlook 2000

Uncheck the reminder when you send from Outlook 2002 and later.
