I noticed that the emails I sent out had an error in the EMAIL Address (I
left the O out of COM when I set up the account. SO here’s what I did to try
to correct it.
1. Opened Outlok2007
2. Clicked on the Tools menu.
3. Selected Account Settings.
4. Selected the account that had the error. I had two accounts.
5. Click on the Change button/link.
6. Corrected the Email Address box entry. This is the information used in
the Reply To.
7. Clicked on the Next button.
8. Clicked on the Finish button.
The information in the Accounts dialog was not updated with the change I
just made. After trying 3 times I finally had to delete the account and
reenter all the information again.

Pedant alert!

The E-mail Address field is NOT used as the Reply-To information, it's used
as the Sender information. The Reply-To information is set with the "Reply
E-mail" field on the General tab of the "Internet E-mail Settings" dialogue
you'll see when you click "More Settings". Normally this field is empty so
a typical message won't have a Reply-To.
