outlook2003 crash when setting up new account on a second user acc

When I try to run outlook2003 on a new secondary user account on windows xp,
it crashes, and wont run. It acts like it is trying to reinstall itself,
then quits.
 
What error message(s) do you get? Have you tried a brand new profile?

account will be deleted without reading.
