Outlook2003 archive problem

To:All guys
I want archive my outlook2003's mails, and I setting
automatic archive old mail more than 2 months evey day, but it can not
working,it is just creat a archive mailbox file,and creat all mailbox
dirs, but there is no any mails been archived,even I manual archive
mails , it is just creat archive data file, dirs list,bot not archive
any mails.

Check the Modified date on the items that aren't being archived as you think
they should. That's the date Outlook uses to determine whether or not an
item is ready to be archived, and a simple action such as moving the item to
another folder can change the Modified date. More information and a list of
