outlook2002 and terminal services profile

Is there a way for the outlook profile mailbox setup to be already
configured for each user that logs on the my terminal server the first time
without having to run the mailbox setup connecting to exchange?

Check out the Office Resource Kit. It came with a few
programs that could do this for you, like modprof and
newprof
