how would i get outlook to automadicly download all my e-mail with out
cliking send and resive
 
In Outlook under the Tools menu, select Options.
In the Options dialog, select the Mail Setup tab.
Select the box "Send immediately when connected".
Select OK.

That should do the trick for you.

You need to define an automatic send/receive interval. Depending on your
version of Outlook, try Tools>Options>Mail Setup>Send/Receive
