outlook 2007 import\export is deemed

when being in mail\inbox and cliking file, the command "import and export" is
deemed. How can I undeemed that command?

Deemed? I presume you mean "dimmed".

Sorry about the spelling mistake. English is not my mother tongue.
Any way I found the solution. I Had to change the system local in regional
settings into Hebrew. That solve it.
