I don't think that's possible, in that there are no "lesser versions" of
Outlook, as far as I know. It's possible you're using Outlook Express for
mail, which is often the supported mail client for ISPs.

That said, what is contained in the "E-mail" drop-down of Control
Panel>Internet Options>Programs?
