When I send and receive with outlook I get duplicates of
every email, it irritates me, how can I fix it? Also,
every time I log out it notifies me that I have unsent
messages in my outbox while my setting is set to
instantly send any outgoing messages, why is that? Thanks

If you really mean Outlook, and not Outlook Express, then please repost in
one of the Office or Outlook groups. Outlook and OE are two separate,
mutually exclusive, applications. It could, of course, be a server blip,
which has nothing to do with Outlook/OE or Windows, in which case, I suggest
you contact your ISP.
