CAN SOMEONE FORWARD AN EMAIL TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT OPENING IT. WITH
ATTACHMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT.
 
I don't think you can add the receipt without opening the item, plus when
you forward an item you normally open it to add the address for the item to
go to...
