I'm having trouble with outlook and outlook express. I've
recently reloaded my computer and now I can't read or
save any attachments. I also want to make outlook my
default, and having followed the usual steps, am not able
to get it operating. Any tips or remote assistance offers
accepted.

Hi Robert,
The attachments problem can be solved by unchecking a box on the security
options screen.
The default problem I can't help with as I don't use outlook.
