Our commerce assc just purchased a computer and established its own email
rather than use the secretaries and have it change when the ofice changes.
When installing office (2000) i set up outlook as default calender and email
etc. Well the address is a yahoo one and i did not know it could not be
integrated without a fee (that the association does not care to pay) Problem
is i can not figure out how to remove outlook as the default for these
things. I HOPE someone can help - thanks

Open Internet Explorer, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs, and in the
E-mail drop-down, switch to the program you want as your default mail
program. However, Outlook Express can't be used with Yahoo, either, if
Outlook can't be used.

I understand that. Yahoo is not an option in the dropdown box - that is my
problem - how do i enable it to be the default there.
Thanks

You don't. "Yahoo" isn't a mail client. Outlook and Outlook Express are.
You create accounts in either to access the Yahoo mail servers if Yahoo is
your ISP or mail carrier.
