Outlook

When I open Outlook I get the following Message:
"C:\Documents & Settings\Joyce\Application data\Microsoft\Addins\c:\program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office\SBCMsync.dll is not a valid Addin"
Any help as to how to get rid of this message or is there another cure?
