Error Message - Help

Randy Johnson

I am new to outlook 2003 and I get a error message as follows.

C:\documents and settings\Randy Johnson\Application
data\microsoft\addins\c:\program files\microsoft
office\sbcmsync.dll' is not a valid Office Add-in.

What can I do to stop it?

Go to Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options, then click both buttons
for Add-Ins at the bottom of the dialog box. One of these should show the
add-in that's causing trouble. Disable it.

OK, then try deleting or renaming the extend.dat file while Outlook is
closed. If you're running Windows 2000 or XP you'll need to include hidden
folders in your search.
